We aim to keep website information accurate, but product descriptions, images, catalogue details, prices and availability may change or contain errors. Brand references do not by themselves confirm stock availability or an official representation arrangement. Please confirm information relevant to your transaction with VCN before relying on it.

Partner account access is limited to authorised users and the permissions granted by VCN. Keep your sign-in credentials secure, do not share access, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not attempt to access another user's account or information beyond your permissions.

Partner prices, quotations and other non-public business information made available through an account are for your authorised business use. Do not disclose them to others without permission or another lawful basis. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse or meet legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry or order request does not by itself create a confirmed order or require VCN to supply goods. VCN must confirm the request. Products, quantities, price, stock, delivery and other commercial terms remain subject to confirmation and the terms separately agreed between the parties.

Wholesale, consignment and pre-order arrangements may have separate agreements. Those agreed terms govern the relevant transaction. This website does not establish a general payment, cancellation, return or refund policy for every business arrangement.

VCN or the relevant rights holders own the website content, design, logos, images and other protected materials. You may view the content for legitimate personal or business enquiries. Copying, modifying, distributing or commercially reusing protected materials requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party brands and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful content or infringement of others' rights. Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, bypass security or access controls, extract confidential information, or collect personal data without a lawful basis. Automated activity must not interfere with the service or evade its protections.

The website may link to external services, documents or communication channels, including LINE and WhatsApp. Their operators control those services and apply their own terms and privacy policies. Review those policies before providing information. An external link does not by itself mean VCN endorses all content or services on that site.

We may maintain, change or temporarily interrupt the website and account services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will be free of errors. If a disruption affects an agreed transaction, please contact VCN to arrange the next steps.

Each party remains responsible for its acts and obligations under applicable law and any separate agreement. Any limitation of responsibility under these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that mandatory law does not allow the parties to exclude.

Thai law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Please contact VCN to discuss a concern or dispute. Nothing here removes a right to seek a remedy through a competent authority or court under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the website or legal requirements change. The current version and update date appear on this page. Changes do not replace commercial terms already agreed for a transaction unless the parties agree or the law requires otherwise.
